Frequently asked questions

Clear answers before you request a visit.

Review the published conditions for spaces, rates, services, use of facilities and availability.

01

Rates and services

What published prices include and how confirmed commercial conditions are presented.

What does the space rate include?

The rate includes electricity, water, WiFi, climate control, shared use of the kitchenette, bathroom and waiting area, plus cleaning and maintenance of common areas. Reasonable professional use of the listed utilities is also included.

Are there separate monthly utility charges?

No. There are no separate monthly charges for electricity, water, WiFi or climate control within the included reasonable professional usage.

Can rates be negotiated?

Published rates are fixed and apply under the same conditions to all NILA Space professionals.

Are all published prices final?

No. A rate authorised for provisional publication is clearly marked as a provisional rate. Box 4 currently shows a confirmed rate.

Are there discounts for renting for 3, 6 or 12 months?

There are no duration discounts at this stage. The 3, 6 and 12-month totals multiply the monthly rate and do not by themselves imply a different minimum term.

What is the price of the pedicure area?

The pedicure area is intended for hourly use or as an add-on to another space, but it does not yet have a public rate. No amount is shown until it is confirmed.

02

Spaces and suitability

Dimensions, activities, capacity, equipment and hours shown in each listing.

Which floor area is shown in each listing?

Boxes 1, 2 and 3 show their approximate geometric floor area. Box 4 uses its confirmed commercial usable floor area of approximately 7.3 m². Stations without a confirmed individual area show no figure.

How do I know whether a space suits my activity?

Each listing includes recommended activities and, where relevant, uses it may not suit. Compare this guidance with your furniture, equipment and circulation requirements.

Are furniture and equipment included?

Private items are shown only in the listing where they are confirmed. Do not assume that basins, furniture, storage, lighting or equipment are the same in every space.

What are the access hours?

Access hours for the centre: Monday to Saturday, 09:30 to 20:00. They are the same for every space.

How many people can use each space?

Recommended capacity for cabins and stations is one professional and one client. Companions should remain in the waiting area. Individual listings may include specific limitations.

03

Use and common areas

Cleaning responsibilities and basic rules for the kitchenette, bathroom and waiting area.

Who is responsible for cleaning?

NILA Space regularly cleans and maintains common areas. Each professional must keep their own cabin or workstation clean and tidy.

How does the kitchenette work?

The kitchenette is shared and intended for professionals during their working day. Recommended capacity is one person at a time. Specific equipment is not advertised until confirmed.

Can clients use the bathroom?

Yes. Professionals and clients may use it. Each professional must oversee their clients’ use and ensure it is left clean and in good condition.

Is the shower freely available?

No. It may only be used when required by a treatment, with prior authorisation and under the professional’s responsibility or supervision.

Can I rent the kitchenette, bathroom or waiting area?

No. They are not independent rental spaces; they are shared facilities associated with renting a professional cabin or station.
